Desert Safari Terms and Conditions for Booking

A form submission is a booking request, not a confirmed reservation. A booking becomes confirmed only after Abu Dhabi Desert Safari provides written confirmation by email or WhatsApp and any required payment is received.

Desert Safari Terms and Conditions for Guests

Guests must provide accurate names, contact details, pickup information, group size and relevant medical or mobility information. Children must remain under the supervision of their parent or guardian.

Itineraries and Desert Conditions

Pickup times, routes and activities may change because of weather, road access, operational requirements, government instructions or safety considerations. A materially unavailable paid activity will be discussed with the customer before an alternative is accepted.

Payments and Conduct

Prices and payment deadlines are confirmed in writing. Guests must follow staff instructions, use supplied restraints or safety equipment and avoid conduct that creates a risk to other guests, staff, vehicles or animals.
