How the Desert Safari Cancellation Policy Works

Unless a written package confirmation states different terms, customers may request cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the confirmed pickup time. Approval is recorded by email or WhatsApp.

Desert Safari Cancellation Policy for Late Requests

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup, failure to attend the confirmed pickup point, or delays that cause a guest to miss departure may be non-refundable because vehicles and activities have already been allocated.

Operator or Weather Changes

If Abu Dhabi Desert Safari cancels a confirmed tour and cannot provide a suitable alternative date, the amount paid for the unavailable service will be refunded. Weather or authority restrictions may require rescheduling or a modified itinerary.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment-provider processing times are outside the operator's control. Request a written decision from info@abudhabiadventuresafari.com.
