Desert Safari Safety Policy
Medical disclosure and activity guidance before entering the desert.
This page explains, in plain words, how we keep guests safe in the desert and what medical information we need from you before the tour. If you have any health concern — big or small — talk to us by phone, WhatsApp or email before booking and we will guide you honestly.
Desert Safari Safety Policy Before Booking
Dune bashing, quad biking, buggy driving and sandboarding involve movement, uneven ground, vibration and heat exposure. Guests must assess their own fitness and disclose relevant conditions before confirming.
Desert Safari Safety Policy for Medical Conditions
Pregnant guests and people with back, neck, heart, balance, mobility or recent surgical conditions should not assume an activity is suitable. Obtain medical advice and discuss a non-dune-bashing or private transport option with the booking team.
Children and Activity Limits
Age, height and supervision limits vary by activity and equipment. Ask for the current restriction before paying. A parent or guardian remains responsible for supervising a child throughout the tour.
Clothing, Hydration and Instructions
Wear secure footwear, use sun protection, drink water and follow all vehicle, helmet, restraint and guide instructions. Guests who ignore safety directions may be refused an activity without compensation.
