Standard Cancellation Policy
- 24 hours before tour: Full refund
- Less than 24 hours before tour: No refund
- No Show: No refund

2. Modifications to Booking
- Date changes are subject to availability.
- Modification requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity.
- We do not guarantee modification approval.

3. Cancellation by Abu Dhabi Adventure Safari
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Government regulations
- Safety concerns
- Vehicle/mechanical issues
- Force majeure events
In such cases, we may offer:
- Alternative date
- Alternative activity
- Full or partial refund (at our discretion)
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank.
- Transaction fees (if applicable) may be deducted.
5. Special Activities (ATV & Dune Buggy)
For high-risk activities such as:
- ATV Quad Biking
- 2 Seater Dune Buggy
- 4 Seater Dune Buggy
Once the activity has started, no refund will be provided.
Participants must follow all safety instructions. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
6. Third-Party Operators
Some services may be operated by licensed third-party providers. Refund eligibility may depend on the operator’s terms and conditions.
